25 Years in Corporate America Taught Me What Needed to Change
For over two decades, I held senior HR leadership roles at some of the most well-known companies in the country. I built teams, designed people strategies, and navigated every kind of organizational challenge you can imagine.
But along the way, I witnessed things that troubled me deeply: systemic inequity, burnout treated as a badge of honor, a lack of genuine support for women and working parents, and a corporate culture that often valued compliance over compassion.
I knew there had to be a better way. So I left the corporate world to build something different — a consulting practice rooted in the belief that people leadership should be human-centered, strategic, and deeply personal.
